PTM’s

Parents/Guardians and School Parents-Teachers Meeting is generally held after term examinations. These must necessarily be attended in the interest of the child. Progress card is usually issued marks shown to parents at such meetings. Students must accompany their parents to the PTM in proper school uniform. Any discrepancy of marks in the report card should be brought to the notice of the Principal within 24 hours of the receipt of report card (in writing) after which no request for correction/review can be entertained. Report card of final examinations, not collected at the PTM for any reason, should be collected from the reception by the parent personally, thereafter. Every Saturday, parents can meet the teachers after interval, for genuine reasons. Else, at the PTM’s In rare cases, parents can meet teachers, immediately after school as well.

Music is a moral law. It gives soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and charm and gaiety to life and uplifts everything School provides a prominent belvedere for the students to showcase their talents with stupendous and mesmerising performances. Realizing the importanceof such balanced development , aesthetics and finer sense gifted by God, the school provides for separate Music and dance rooms that are well equipped with a wide array of Western and Indian instruments and school has separate qualified teachers for both. The institution is proud of its cultural and musical performances that are showcased annually at the Annual Function cum Prize distribution, besides various festivals.

Tours & Excursions

Life is an adventure and we tend to remember 70% of what we see. Accordingly, every year the school arranges trips to various places to enhance the overall personality of the students. The main objective of such trips is education with fun, adventure and learning. In the past, the school has organised excursions to places like Mount Abu, Kullu Manali, Nainital, Agra and Lucknow, Amritsar, Jaipur, Ranthambhore etc. It is the educational trips that help to venture through history and ecology and also observe the beauty of nature. The sliver lining of the tours is that students learn to be independent and live in harmony.

Process

1. School normally admits students before the commencement of the new academic session.
2. Those seeking admission should produce the following documents :

4. Parents must see that the date of birth name and surname, caste etc filled in the admission form is correct as it will not be amended later.

Discipline

1. During summers, students should reach the school by 7.40 a.m., and during winters by 8.20 a.m. i.e. 10 minutes before the start of Assembly. It takes about 20 minutes for the morning prayers, daily news, national anthem etc i.e. morning assembly , to be completed.
2. Students are expected to speak in English in the school premises.
3. It is compulsory for the students to participate in physical exercises like parade. P.T. and sports etc. A student will be exempted from the same only upon submission of medical certificate along with copies of supporting medical examination reports.
4. Students are not allowed to use make up, jewellery or bring /wear any costly items to school. If any such items are lost or stolen, the school shall not be responsible.
5. The principal reserves the rights to request withdrawal of any student if his/her behaviour is not confirming to acceptable standards.
6. No collection of money or presents is allowed in the school without prior written permission of the principal.
7. No pupil is allowed to bring more than Rs. 50/- on any day as pocket money.
8. Any magazines, news papers, periodicals , comics or MOBILES etc, are not allowed to be brought to school.
9. Students are forbidden from purchasing any eatables from vendors or dealers outside the school gate.
10. Any breach of discipline, and above all discourtesy and disrespect to teachers or the school authorities will be taken seriously and students responsible for such misbehaviour will be summarily dismissed / disciplinary action taken.
11. During the lunch break, students are not allowed to enter the class room without permission.
12. Any sort of damage to the school property must be paid for. Writing or drawing on the walls or breakage of furniture or school property will be severely penalized.
